Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post on weekdays.

Tracking information is sent via email within one day of the item being shipped.

Free Shipping: $0 (3-7 business days) when you spend $50 AUD or more

Standard Shipping: $7 AUD (3-10 business days)

Express Shipping: $13 AUD (2-3 business days)

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, Hairpip will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for a change of address must be made directly with Hairpip via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. 

A $12 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

• Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
• Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
