Promotional Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms apply to all sales and promotions run by Hairpip, Perth, Western Australia, unless a promotion states otherwise.

Sales

  1. Sale prices are as marked on the website at the time of purchase, while stocks last. Discounts are already applied to the marked price, so there’s nothing to enter at checkout unless a promotion says a code is needed.
  2. “Up to” discounts (for example, “up to 40% off”) show the maximum discount available. Not every product in the sale will carry the maximum discount.
  3. Each promotion runs for the period shown in its promotional material, or while stocks last. Hairpip may extend, change or end a promotion at any time without notice.
  4. Subscription pricing and renewals are excluded from sale pricing unless the promotion says otherwise.
  5. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, Hairpip may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Discount codes

  1. Discount codes can’t be combined with sale prices or other offers unless the promotion says they can.
  2. Codes are limited to one per customer, must be used before their expiry date, and can’t be applied to orders that have already been placed.

Free gifts and free shipping

  1. Free shipping and free gift offers apply to orders that meet the spend threshold shown on the website at the time of purchase, and only to the delivery areas stated. If a discount brings an order below the threshold, the offer no longer applies.
  2. Free gifts are limited to one per order and available while stocks last. If a gift runs out, Hairpip may substitute a product of equal or greater value. Gifts have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash or other products.

Returns and dispatch

  1. Sale items can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind. This doesn’t affect your rights if a product is faulty.
  2. During sales and busy periods, orders can take up to 10 business days to dispatch. Express Post speeds up delivery once your order has left us, but not the time it takes to pack.

Social media competitions

  1. By entering a Hairpip competition on social media, you confirm you’re 18 or over. These competitions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
  2. Any competition with a prize draw will have its own terms, published with that competition.
