Where we ship Hairpip ships from Perth to Australia and New Zealand.
Processing times Orders are dispatched via Australia Post on weekdays. Tracking information is emailed within one business day of your order shipping.
Australia
- Standard: $9.95 AUD (2–8 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $80 AUD or more
- Express: $17 AUD (2–3 business days)
- Subscribers: free standard shipping on every subscription delivery

New Zealand
- Standard: $15 AUD, shown in NZD at checkout (5–10 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $80 AUD or more (shown in NZD at checkout)
- Prices are shown and charged in NZD at checkout.
- Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility.
Additional information If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, Hairpip will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for a change of address must be made directly with Hairpip via our customer care team before your order is shipped.
A $15 redelivery fee will apply if:
- An incorrect address entered at checkout causes your order to be sent back to us.
- Your item is not picked up from the post office or courier depot and is sent back to us.
Hairpip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.
Public holidays Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
